Broken toilet seat. Hot water is not even lukewarm. Smelly room. Defective TV. No wifi. No mobile network. Frequent power cuts at night. No proper sound systems during campfire. No proper breakfast. Overheard people say that lift was shaky. All this for Rs. 4,000 Definitely NOT recommended.

Excellent stay,with good customer service and affordable price. Complimentary bf provided is also good. We stayed in a suite room and a deluxe room.

The hotel's own claims that it is a four-star establishment, yet it is not even a two-star establishment. Can be categorized as a one-star hotel. Rooms aren't even clean. The bathrooms are unhygienic. The toilet is shaky and not fixed properly. Very poor food quality. The TV doesn't function. Room service is appalling. Can only pay up to 1500 for a room, yet they want 4,000 for a double bedroom.

Let me start off with what is good. The rooms are of a reasonable size and the mattresses are comfortable. The staff is very friendly and professional and the breakfast was nice. The hotel has several issues though, which makes it difficult to relax at this place. To start off, the AC in my room was not working so after 30 minutes of trying to fix it, they moved us to another room which had a functional but rather noisy AC. The linens on the mattress were torn in spots and were clearly very old for a room which cost ₹4,000 per night. The rooms and the bathrooms really need a deep clean, and the regular cleaning they did left behind several dirty patches. Then the wifi just did not have the capacity to allow all guests to connect, and phone data coverage is spotty here due to which I rarely had internet while at the hotel. All in all, this hotel is not worth more than ₹2,500 for a double room, but they charge ₹4,000. The staff mentioned that a renovation is set to happen soon, but they charge customers a rate for a fully renovated property already. In short, the owners are not honest as they charge a 3-star rate for a 2-star experience.

This Hotel is worst for family, Rooms and amenities, services are very poor. I think OYO room stay is better than this hotel. They're charging 3k+GST but those rooms and services are not even worth to be. Please think twice about hotel before booking.

Things I didn’t like - the facility is not so great as compare to what they are charging. We were two people and booked the hotel. Amenities were very basic. Crowd was also less as we went on Friday. I think the charges can be less for this facility. Currently they are charging Rs 3500+(breakfast included) but charges can be max rs 2500. Things I liked - staff was friendly. Breakfast was really good.
